Nick Crosby, an undergraduate student, has been going to the library at his university since he was a freshman. After spending just about every day at the same desk, he began to build a relationship with Alice. Although Nick enjoyed his time spent there, he found himself skipping meals. He tried studying at the nearest coffee shop, where he could buy snacks but he found it was always crowded with an overbearing amount of noise. Un-Knotted allowed Nick to find a place where he could complete his busy-work, while also enjoying a sweet and tasty snack. Alice's sweet shop became a place where he felt comfortable and at ease with his frantic school schedule.
