Letter from the Founder
Today, our goal with Un-Knotted is in providing what other sweet shops do not offer – an oasis for customers that caters to their busy lifestyle. From comfortable seating to delicious cookie cakes, Un-Knotted was created to make a connection between strict libraries and overcrowded coffee shops.
When I came up with this idea, I did it because I found that students were spending enough time in the library to the point where they were hiding snacks and skipping meals. Students were struggling to abide by the library’s rules, and I wanted to fix that. From uncomfortable library desks to overpriced vending machine snacks, my sweet shop is unique to the Clifton area.
Our cookie-spa culture redefines how customers find refreshment - where sweets are used to find comfort. We also have cozy seating and massage chairs to help any discomfort throughout the week.

By focusing on the gratification of our customers, we can make a big difference in helping people get through this thing we call life. Whether it's someone's first job or last semester in college, we hope to inspire and help people get to a better tomorrow.

Home Away from Home: We take pride in our hospitality. Our atmosphere invites people to meet and connect with others. From the first visit and onward, we strive to keep our customers on a first name basis.
